Accessibility statement
We want this site to work for everyone who needs it — including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification.
WCAG 2.1 Level AA
This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means:
- Text and interface colors meet minimum contrast ratios against their backgrounds.
- Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- Form fields have visible, programmatically associated labels, and errors are announced rather than shown by color alone.
- Images and icons carry text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Headings follow a logical order, so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
- Motion is reduced automatically for visitors whose devices request it.
- Pages reflow to a single column on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
Accessibility is not a one-time task. We re-check these as the site changes.

When you contact us, it helps to know the page you were on and what happened — but a plain description is enough. You do not need to know any technical terms.
Requests for accommodation related to employment, or to services for a resident, are handled the same way: call or email and ask.
