This policy covers tulacareresidential.com. It is not the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices — that covers resident health information and is published separately.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us, plus the technical records our host keeps automatically.

- None on the referral or staff portal pages
What we do with it
Contact form submissions are used to answer your question and nothing else. Job applications are used to evaluate you for the position you applied to, and are kept only as long as needed for that hiring decision and any record-keeping we are required to maintain.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not send marketing email.
Who else handles it
Two service providers necessarily see what you submit: our website host, which serves the pages and keeps server logs, and our form provider, which receives form submissions and résumé uploads and notifies us. Both process this information on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.
Health information
Please do not send health information through this website. The forms on this site are not a HIPAA-secure channel. Case managers submitting referral packets must use the secure referral process described on the contact page.
Protected health information about residents is held in Tula Care's clinical systems, which are covered by Business Associate Agreements and are separate from this website. It is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this policy.
Your choices
You can ask us what you have sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call and we will do it, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new date below.
